    after YEARS and YEARs of trying to loose weight - (exercising and dieting) = discovered HIT through MMosley - oh what a revelation - can't thank him enough - I really mean that

    A very insightful book! Have I been doing it the wrong way all these years, I suppose only time will tell. Definitely worth reading, even if it only gets you thinking around training regimes in a different way.

    It's OK but you can state the conclusions on one page. Stringing it out to a book was ridiculous. And even then, it leaves some open questions.
